Lambros, the founder of Adaca, started his business in 2015 with no investors or revenue. After struggling for five years, the challenges of COVID in 2020 gave him the chance to rethink and rebuild. He grew Adaca into a business with over 100 people while working less than he did in the early years.
Now, Lambros is on a mission to help others build successful and flexible businesses, sharing lessons from his journey to avoid the mistakes he made.
